Procedure To Purchase Shares using Offline Trading
Before placing the purchase order:You have to be a registered as a client with us.
Please mention your client code to the dealer while placing your order.
Procedure for Purchase:
- Our retail dealers will accept orders over the telephone. Our Retail
Dealing Room Contact Numbers are: Fort Office- 2288 1550 / 2288 1551 / 2288
1557 and Juhu Office - 2623 6555.
- Trade Confirmations
- Trade confirmations can be obtained on contacting
the Retail Broking Settlement Desk on 91-22-2284 6555 Ext. 210 (for Fort office trades) and 91-22-2623 6555 (for Juhu office trades) after
4:30 PM, every trading day.
- Contract notes will be ready by 5.30 p.m.
- Payment is to be made on a T+1 basis (i.e. Trading Day plus one).
- Shares will be credited to the Demat Account Number provided by the Client not later than the fifth day after the trade. Only one Demat Account number per client will be permitted. This number should be mentioned in the Account Opening Form itself.

4:30 PM, every trading day.
Procedure To Sale Shares

Procedure for Sale:
- Our retail dealers will accept orders over the telephone. Our Retail Dealing Room Contact Numbers are: Fort Office- 2288 1550 / 2288 1551 / 2288 1557 and Juhu Office - 2623 6555.
- Trade Confirmations
- Trade confirmations can be obtained on contacting the Retail Broking Settlement Desk on 91-22-2284 6555 Ext. 210 (for Fort office trades) and 91-22-2623 6555 (for Juhu office trades) after 4:30 PM, every trading day.
- Contract notes will be ready by 5.30 p.m.
- The client has to give delivery instructions to his Depository Participant to transfer the shares in our account on the day of the trade. Our Depository Account details are mentioned on the contract note or available at our front office desk.
- Payment for the sale is effected on the 3rd working day after the sale.
- Trade confirmations can be obtained on contacting the Retail Broking Settlement Desk on 91-22-2284 6555 Ext. 210 (for Fort office trades) and 91-22-2623 6555 (for Juhu office trades) after 4:30 PM, every trading day.
